Eligible stock items may be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you received them.
To qualify for a return:
Please note: Carpet, vinyl flooring, and all special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ask a member of staff if unsure about an item you are purchasing.
For further information regarding product eligibility, please speak to a member of staff.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
We will notify you of the outcome of the inspection. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow sufficient time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

All products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty or guarantee.

If you experience an issue with a product, you should contact the relevant manufacturer directly.
All fitting and installation services are carried out by independent self-employed fitters/installers.
Any warranty, guarantee, claim, or complaint relating to workmanship or installation must be addressed directly with the fitter/installer, regardless of whether payment for the fitting was made in-store or directly to the fitter.
Floors R Yours accepts no responsibility or liability for the workmanship, services, or guarantees provided by independent fitters/installers.
However, we will be happy to assist customers by helping them contact the fitter/installer where possible.
All areas has to empty prior to fitting.
Any removal of existing floor/carpet or furniture is chargeable.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning eligible items.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Where a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
