Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Floors R Yours. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item (Stock Item Only) from the date you received it. Carpet, Vinyl and any Special Order Items are Excluded and Non-Refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For additional information please ask member of Staff.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Credit Note & Exchange:

A credit Note will be issued for the same amount of original value of an Item if any eligible Items (stock Items) returned or will be offered an Exchange for the same Value if Eligible Items returned after 14 Days.

Shipping & Delivery:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy. Fitting & Installation:

All Fitting & Installation is carried out by Independent Fitters/Installer hence any Guarantee or Warranty will be provided Directly by Fitters/Installers regardless Fitting/Installation money is paid In-Store or Direct to Fitters. During any Issue or problem please contact Directly to Fitters/Installer however We are happy to help you to Find Fitters/Installer and arrange Fitting Date if Required
